I ordered an online order for this subway, and when I went in to get my order(remind you I?m on a 30 minute lunch) and they were... refusing to even hand me the food. The older man in there literally held it under his nasty armpits and tried to make me looklike a complete thief. I showed that it was my order and he kept questioning and asking what was on the order, told him what wason the order, and continued to disrespect me. I was also suppose to get a bottle water and a bottle coke, and once again thisman and probably his wife kept assuming that I was taking but no once again I paid for it so I should know what I had and what Idon?t have. Don?t go here for pickup because otherwise they?ll take your money and food. I had a $10 digital gift card through email to use. Normally my meal (same exact meal I get every time) is $11 but this time it... was $15?.Didn?t bother me much because I had a $10 gift card. The man had me scan my digital gift card (I made sure to tell himit was a gift card, not the app) and he said I needed to pay the full price with my debit card. I showed him my phone (thatclearly showed the gift card) and he said ?no it does not scan?. I asked if he could try inputting the gift card number and hesaid no. The email clearly states I have $10 on the card and it is not expired. I stated I only came to subway this eveningbecause I had the gift card. Still, the man just stood there. I wish I could?ve put my food back and left without being superdisrespectful. I will not be returning to this Subway sadly. Dont come here. Horrible place. Super stingy. He put 6 pieces of spinach on my subway, and hardly anything else. Here's a... pic. I should have just canceled my order. Bread was also stale. I wish I read the reviews first. This picture is withspinach. Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and chipotle sauce. He was upset that I asked for more sauce.
