My husband and I made a mobile order for pickup at this location. He got a steak and cheese melt (Italian herb and cheese... bread, pepper jack cheese x3, grilled, spinach, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and regular mayo) and I got a sweet onionteriyaki (flatbread, provolone cheese, toasted, spinach, cucumbers, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and sweet onionsauce) When we got home, we opened it up to discover that our sandwiches were completely COLD, both were missing onions, ourcheeses were NOT melted at all,(my husband was supposed to get 3x the cheese and there was barely any) and I was missing greenpeppers (even though my husband wasn't missing his) I don't know what happened or how this even happened but we were bothextremely disappointed. I love subway but this specific subway has gotten my order completely wrong every time I order online to come pick up. I order a... BLT with black olives, cucumbers, cheese, and add a note to add salami. This has been happening the last 4 times I've orderedonline to pickup there. This time both my fiance and my sandwich were completely wrong. We get all the way home to find thesandwichs are wrong and have to take them back and wait an extra 10-15 minutes. Update: still order from this place and now Iorder a sandwich that is literally on there menu a chicken bacon sandwich everytime. They still manage to f- it up everytime.This has been going on for a year. Horrible staff, managers, everything they just don't know how to make a sandwich. Read more

I walked in today to use the restroom before I order my food and the woman behind the counter yelled out LOCK THE DOOR! so after... I used the restroom I took my money and left I didn?t like getting treated in such a manner. I spend good money at subway everymonth, please do better! Read more
Worst customer service I've ever seen, at any Subway.... and I've been to hundreds of Subways from sea to shining sea. Woman... behind the counter making sandwich's was rude from the moment I walked in. Didn't like being asked not to put slimy tomatoes onmy sandwich, nor being asked for extra mustard. Whatever - not that big a deal. Being told they don't water cups, whileannoying, not that big a deal either. Here's what is a big deal: Hearing her talk loudly as I walked out to another customerwho I assume was a friend or relative, about how "crack***" have to pay for water and its not free. Turned around and challengedher and she tried to lie her way out of it. Nice try, not buying it. I'll never go back to this subway, and will be report themto Subway's management.
