This Starbucks location is ok. The drive through is one of the worst ones in the area. I can wait that?s fine but I?ll be... waiting anywhere from 30-40 mins. Not to mention the area for the drive through is very weird. If it?s taking to long you can?tleave the line. I placed a mobile order at this location at 9:55, the drive thru was long, so I just went into the store. I got to the store and... walked in around 10:00. The man that walked in behind me continued to the counter to order his coffee, while I stood near thefront pick up counter with many others. Four more people walked in moments later and also placed an order at the counter. Thesefive people all got their orders before I did, so I'm not sure what the point is for mobile ordering. When my order was called15 minutes later, I walked up to the counter where the barista was finishing up my drink. He seemed to be looking for something,probably the cinnamon I requested, and when he couldn't find it, he just topped my latte with whipped cream. Definitely not whatI ordered. If I had time I would have requested it be corrected, but at this point, what I thought would be a quick coffee wasanything but that. Read more

Like any other Starbucks, inside international plaza, it's shop in shop kind of concept. Small with mall seating arrangements.... Staff is good. Not too much of rush. We had mics, cappuccino and latte. Good as always Read more
My only question after visiting this location is HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?!! I live in West Ashley and work near... the outlet. Before I left my house I place my order. 45 minutes later I?m just waiting around in Starbucks watching people walkin, place their order get their order and go on about their day. It was the most infuriating experience I?ve ever had in aStarbucks. I?m literally writing this review while I?m STILL waiting. The drive thru line was basically in the street. I couldhave waited in that line twice and still it would?ve have been as dreadful as the time wasted inside.. My advise is NEVER goinside for a mobile order. You WILL NOT be prioritized AT ALL.
