I walked into this location and ordered 6 cheese danish, an apple oatmeal macchiato, and a medium coffee. Within the first 5... minutes they had my danish ready. However while waiting for my drinks I noticed they started taking care of everyone else andeven when it got empty no one worked on my drinks. Finally after 25 minutes they finished with the macchiato but still nocoffee. I was told that they?d be working on it, so I waited and 10 minutes later I hadn?t received it. Dirty! Walked in to be greated a giant wet spot on the floor. No big deal someone spilled their coffee it happens... until... they put a wet sign on it and continued to just walk around it and never cleaned it up. The counters were nothing but oldspilled coffee and crumbs. We waited over a half hour for CoCo and 3 small coffee's there was only 1 other person there. Tableswere dirty and full of trash. When I got my coffee it wasn't as sweet as I would like so I stood up at the counter for a whilebefore I had to just say loudly excuse me. I then asked for sugar and a straw and the lady said sure then as my hand was out toget the sugar and straw she placed it on the counter in spilled coffee needless to say I did not ask for more. We were so turnedoff we won't be back. I get they are young adults but apparently they need the company to make sure they are properly trained inkindness and cleanliness. Read more
Waited 25 mins for my order inside! This store definitely only cares about their drive thru times! People were getting their... drinks in drive through in 5 mins or less while people in the inside waited more than 20 mins with a bad smell for there?s! This is the Starbucks I usually go to, but the other day I went at like 4 and the inside store wasn't open. I was pretty bummed... because I wanted to use my reusable cup! Not for the discount/ bonus, but because the environment so that was kinda unfortunate.There was a sign on the door that said new hours, only open until 330 now or something. Read more
Regrettably, this Starbucks didn?t deliver. 11:15 transaction inside the store. 15 minutes later? still waiting. When I asked,... the cashier showed me yet two more people ahead. There was no line! There was no offer to help. No second barista. I?m bummed:it?s not what I?ve come to expect. 25 minutes to deliver late morning. Unreal. Read more
