Awesome first experience at Raising Cane's! The employees seem genuinely happy! They are beyond polite and gracious! We met a... gentleman named Tony who worked there maybe as a supervisor? He was outside of the restaurant making sure the drive-thru wasgoing smooth during closing time! Truly one of the most professional, kind, generous supervisors I have ever met! My husband and I checked this place out for the first time today and there food is delicious!!! The chicken and fries were both... hot and fresh. Chicken was well seasoned and juice. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was they don't have many itemsto choose from on the menus. You all should think about adding some more side options and dessert! First time trying Raising Canes Chicken Fingers and MAN OH MAN, I am impressed. When a spot is dedicated to making just one... thing on there menu they definitely hit it out of the park with the flavor and tenderness. The fries to me are just regularsalted french fries (which I don?t mind) and there toast is tasteful. I compared them to Zaxby?s, and they are both identical.The only difference to me is that with Raising Cane?s the chicken is much more tender and fresh and has much more flavor andthere canes sauce is a perfect pair. The food was great. The service sucked. Waited 5 minutes with no line while 3 employees gossiped about the weekend. And then... waited again for cups and lids. And the floor was super slippery by the drink station. Read more

Wonderful service! Fast and friendly!! They had a huge line at the drive thru and they served everyone quickly. Food was... delicious. Tenders were so juicy, and cooked to perfection. Coleslaw is in a pleasant balance of sweet and sour. Read more

The line was insanely long and the inside was closed - along with mobile/curbside ordering options. It was wrapped around the... restaurant twice but the wait wasn't too bad. We ordered the box combos. Everything was really good, I just would have preferredseasoning on the fries. Glad we joined the Caniac Club... we don't live near any locations but we received free food!
