The staff were rude. The person running the register just didn't GAF about anything. The person doing orders touched several no... food surfaces, then her clothes, then her face, then back to the food w/o change her gloves. Then proceeds to say I think I'mgetting sick. When we told her our order (burritos, which we said twice before the above happened and we really questioned ourdecision to go forward from here) she sighs loudly and says but bowls are easier to make. Then due to a ton of online orders sheshuts down inside ordering and starts yelling at customers. I have never seen anything like this at restaurant before. Beyond unsatisfactory experience the last 2 times I've ordered from here. I ordered a homewrecker bowl with the free chips and... and separate order of the signature queso dip. Only to pay in full and not receive the queso dip whatsoever or any dip of anykind. Not a big deal if I can call in my discrepancy. Calling them however at 9:21- still 39 minutes until closing: no oneanswers the phone and I'm prompted to leave them a message after the tone. Only for the robotic voice to then say that theremessage box is full and that I cant even leave them a message. Prior to this I had ordered the homewrecker bowl as I have doneto day [both times ordering that I want the meat of the bowl to be steak], but I had received a chicken bowl instead of what Ihad asked for. Moral is null; they don't even extend u a smile. the place is filthy, and no cilantro. Every time I walk in there it seems to... get worse. This place has went to hell as soon as Mr. Chastain sold. What a shame!! Read more
This place was RUN down! The lady who started order was ok. Everything else after that was horrible... Nobody seemingly in... charge, place filthy food appeared on its last legs... One girl looked like she was partying already and acting a fool. Otherone was just laughing at her.bathrooms gross. I get none wants to spend money but no one will come back either! Read more
Steak was over cooked and burnt. Employee Barbara also has a nasty attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills... and attitude. Management is even worst never return phone calls or address customer complaints or issue refund. There was a longwait to be served and restaurant was not that cleaned. Would not recommend this location I prefer Summerville Dorchester Rd!!! Read more
Filthy- I ordered my food and used the restroom where I found various bodies of roaches. The German ones. I left and threw my... food away. I just couldn't stomach it. Every single surface was sticky or greasy and gross. I wiped my table down but it wasstill icky. Ironically - the bathroom has a wall placard claiming that their employees double wash their hands prior toreturning to work. Non of that matters if there are roaches on the food. Will never go back to this location. Very sad Read more
How is it y'all offer to place an order through the phone not even a month ago but now you don't take phone orders. Not everyone... can make it there to sit and wait on food. Need to fix their calling audio if you won't take phone orders anymore. Just crazy.Runs more into my lunch time from work. I guess only Tanger Moe's and West Ashley Moe's aren't lazy. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY AT THIS LOCATION. I received soggy messy salads with NO MEAT. I had to drive to the location, in... which, I was told by the staff that the GENERAL MANAGER made both salads and he was trying to lower the portions given tocustomers so the staff is being told to give less meat and other ingredients then regulated by company standard. THIS ISUNACCEPTABLE. The salad was soggy and messy with barely any of the ingredients I paid for to be in it. I am very disappointedand will be reaching out to their corporate office asap! Read more
