Ugh I remembered why I rarely eat fast food anymore. I went in instead of using the drive thru so it wasn't a long wait at lunch... time on a weekday. They have a kiosk to put in your order that's convenient. My Big Mac was warm but too much lettuce and thebread tasted gummy. The thin meat slices still taste like cardboard. I ate half of it. I swear the meat used to be bigger? Thefries were hot and okay and the sweet tea was decent. Not worth $10 that's for sure. Read more

I ordered a big breakfast with large coke and a number 2 with large ok, lady says anything else, I say no. I pay and go to next... window. I got 1 coke only 75 percent filled up, I ask where is my other coke and a lady manager yells at me, saying I didn'torder it or cashier not right up, I then say well I still need my other coke, lol, she yells at me again saying 1.47 then in arude manner...... really McDonald's, I don't need the negativity, plenty better places to spend my money then Read more

Hats off to JERRY AND REUBEN, workers who not only gave great service with respect even though the restaurant appeared to be... somewhat short staffed. Both of these workers took initiative to step up and HELP the customers, with very satisfactory service.Mr. Jerry was dealt a bad hand (he had just clocked in for his shift) with a irritated customer who honestly only showed his own????. He came through the doors with a attitude wanting and trying to challenge everybody in his path to a argument. Hecomplained about the kiosk menu for sometime before he started making a scene looking for help. Mr. Jerry without hesitationstepped out from his duties to help him. It was obvious that the man was only out looking for a argument. Mr. Jerry was verycalm in helping him before he stepped away. The man preceded to punch buttons on the kiosk and then started complaining againwith vulgar language. He went to the counter, again, looking for a confrontation (and provoking) with Jerry. He claimed that hewas charged twice at the kiosk. Mr. Jerry, very calmly refunded the man without incident all while being bad mouthed by theman. The man asked if his money was refunded and when Mr. Jerry replied yes, the man threatened him that it had better be or hewas coming after him. Mr. Jerry showed true leadership and how to appropriately handle conflict in a situation such as this evenif he would have HAD to handle things differently. We would have had his back. I honestly hope that the man who was obviouslyout looking for a confrontation with someone has found himself some peace at home alone as I don't think that there are manypeople like Mr. Jerry who could take charge, diffuse and handle the situation to a point of nobody getting hurt. He might justfind himself in the middle of a provoked confrontation that he didn't want to be in. I ordered large hot caramel coffee and a large cold caramel coffee. I waited 15 mins. I ordered from the kiosk. I was fuming... quietly while readying a sign that read ?fast accurate quality friendly service ? other customers were waiting and fuming also.But I never voiced how I felt because I did see everyone working. Glad to give a review. The staff always seem to be working serving the customers and cleaning. The Staff and crew members are... helpful and friendly. This location ask that you place your order on the kiosk.
