Smh... usually people don't read the reviews when they're in a hurry and need something quick, otherwise I wouldn't have come... here! The drive thru was confusing at first because it was made out of caution cones due to the pavement being redone where itnormally would have been. I don't come to McDonald's regularly so I don't really know what they have on their menu. I had toGoogle the menu for my 11 year old daughter and I and while we were looking at the (limited version) menu trying to decide TWOwomen came over the speak and got attitudes and were very rude when I told them we were looking at the online menu. We were onlyin the drive thru for MAYBE 90 seconds and it apparently would have been better for them if we had never come. It took the womana few tries to get my order right, pulled up to the first window and payment went smoothly. Second window? The woman handing outfood looked like she JUST got out of bed after a three day bender, her hair was in a very sloppy pony tail laying over hershoulder, looked like it hadn't been groomed in a while with fly aways every where... I just couldn't believe they were lettingher work around food like that. Apparently we were such an inconvenience that they tampered with our food, there was somethingcrunchy (inedible, not chewable) in the sandwich we ordered. It could not be finished. I contemplated it being egg shell? butI'm not sure if it was that or they dropped it on the floor on accident/purpose and still served it to us. Disgusting andunethical. Read more
Food was cold. It also took 30mins in drive-thru b/c they didn't feel like taking orders inside. Covid is no excuse for the... workers that do show up for work to be horrible! Wasn't Mcdonalds the first fast food place to demand higher pay? Lol that wasa waste, the pay went up and everything else went down. Read more
I've all but stopped going for myself because I've asked for sandwiches without cheese and no matter what or where, even clearly... printed on receipts No Cheese. No problems with my grandchildren's Happy Meals unless we ask for Ice Cream then many times aretold the Ice Cream machine is not working. Other than that I don't mess with em. Read more
Don't ever use the app to order for pickup. Whether you do curbside or pick up in store. It will take an excruciatingly long... time for them to get you your order. And yes i follow the app directions on how to order, pay and let them know im here forpickup. Also don't ever get sprite to go or through the drive through as they never refill the syrup so you'll just getcarbonated water everytime and then you have to turn around to get it replaced and they look at you with disgust that they haveto make you a new drink. THE WORST MCDONALD?S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Whatever you do please listen to me and save your time!!! I have been to this... McDonald?s maybe 5 times and I keep telling myself I will never go back. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald?s to myhouse so I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt - I keep saying maybe next time will be better. It is never better, it onlygets worse. None of the workers are polite and they all stand around while people are waiting around in the lobby. It is likethey hate being there and they all do the bare minimum. I went this morning and stood in the lobby for 20+ minutes for them totell me that my order isn?t even in the system. I paid $16 on the app and I left without even getting a refund and a ?sorry?. Iam sorry but please save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. These people want to get paid more but it?s like they don?t evenknow how to say thank you or have a good day - it?s not that hard to be a nice person. Never will I be returning to this place.
