The sandwiches are always the best, but tbh the people that work at this store are polite, fast and fun to interact with. I... order too often at this location when I have my daughters with me. I use the app and it's normally the same thing. Today I camein and Chrissy said 'Hello John' and I was shocked. But then again, great customer service at this location is the norm. Was in town Fri July 15th to attend an AAU Basketball Tournament @ the North Charleston Athletic Center! Placed an order for 45... subs for the basketball team & was scheduled to pickup @ 8pm! When we arrived the manager told us that they called someone & wastold that they didn't place any order for 45 subs! Apparently they put down the wrong phone number so the subs were not made!The manager Micheal Bartell who actually is manager @ the Mt Pleasant SC location apologized, told us he had limited staff buthe would definitely have them ready for us in 15 min. Micheal was extremely accomodating & nice. Him & his team went out oftheir way to make our order in a timely manner! We were very pleased! Once we left the restaurant we weren't 5 minutes up theroad & Noah Gibson who was the actual manager of that location called us to apologize for the order not being ready! Read more
Horrible sandwiches lately. So disappointed. The new manager is worthless and rude. I have been a loyal customer of this... location but ever since they changed management it had gone downhill. This was the last time. I have been patient andunderstanding but I also have been paying. Today was the last purchase until you get new management and I will also refuse topick up any future customer orders that order through this location. Please return the Jimmy John's I used to love! This newmanagement is absolutely worthless. A mistake was made again and he was more interested in blaming others and offered nocompensation for inconvenience and being that I was a repetitive problem, horrible made subs! I had to drive back there in rushhour stuck in traffic and all to hear him say I'm sorry but it wasnt my fault it was his.. ridiculous! So I gave you guys andhim another chance.. and I ordered the hunters club with extra jimmy peppers, extra cheese (mind you it already says it comeswith double the cheese...this is what I got .. 1 freaking sllice!! Huuuuuge pickles! I've had Jimmy John's numerous times and at a variety of locations. This is by far the best location I've... been too. The food has been prepared quickly with attention to details. The customer experience has been fantastic everytimeI've visited. They also have always asked if I am a reward member, which I am and would recommend to anyone that is not. Theyare always giving out free food and deals for reward members. Great job Jimmy John's team! Read more
