The overall experience was really good. We went on a Saturday for lunch and were sat immediately. The atmosphere is typical... BBQ joint with cozy seating and lighting. The wait staff were all very friendly and the service was quick. I had the loadedMac and Cheese with pulled pork. I highly recommend! The food and service was phenomenal. Went at lunch time and despite the fact they were busy we had really great service. (The... appetizer of deviled eggs was so tasty I forgot to take a picture first so it actually comes with four halves). Also theirversion of Arnold Palmer was absolutely perfect! The food was perfectly seasoned and portions were shareable so we could bothtaste each other's selections. We revisited this gem with the kiddos this time and the peach tea is amazing ???? we also had achance to try the kids meals and the portions were filling they couldn't eat it all! Being from TX, this was my first BBQ in SC. It didn't disappoint. Portions are huge, and service was good. The brisket was... cooked perfectly, and sliced thick. The ribs look like they came off a dinosaur. Not a bad place especially if you are stayingin one of the hotels close by. Read more

I am a brisket fiend and am very particular about it. I ordered the marbled cut and the flavor was phenomenal! The bark, smoke,... and juicy flavor of the beef blended with the texture of the perfectly rendered fat puts this brisket as the best I?ve ever had.The mac and cheese, greens, slaw, fries, and ribs are good too. Ribs weren?t fall-off-the-bone, but the flavor was on point. Thewaitstaff is also very gracious as our waitress watched me have what I would describe as the big O when I took my first bite ofthe included cheese biscuits. We will definitely be back! Read more
We stopped in today for an early dinner, the food was barley warm, the mac and cheese had a very bad taste(i am 7 months... pregnant) the onion rings were not crispy, the cheese muffins were dropped off by a random person, who was not wearing a mask,the potato salad tasted extremely store bought, the only thing that was enjoyed was the bbq sauce. The waitress was working barand tables, my cup stayed empty, we tried getting the check for 20 minutes and once we finally did we waited 30 more minutes forchange.. if i could give this place no stars i would extremely disappointed with the food and the service we received. I had heard good things about Jim ?N Nick?s for years. I?ve always wanted to try it whenever we travel since we have none in... Kentucky. I was very impressed with the service and environment. The restaurant was very clean! I was also pleased with thefamily accommodation, they welcomed a family of 4 with open arms and were very helpful navigating us a great place to sit with astroller. Finally the wings were amazing. I was very impressed with the taste of the Buffalo sauce. Read more
This was our first time at this BBQ franchise and it did not disappoint. We loved the biscuits. The BBQ and the food was... great. Great service and atmosphere as well. The place smells like smoke, so you cannot go wrong here. The only downside isthere are no locations near me in Michigan. Read more
