Just visited International Blvd location. Manager (I asked) made my order - initially he spread my tuna with his finger. Said he... didn?t have a knife. I asked him to redo my sandwich without using his finger. Then he argued back because I was having aconversation with the lady in front of me. Sure he may have had on a cheap pair of gloves but who wants theirs sandwich madewith someone?s fingers. This seems to be a common practice among your mangers. I had stopped coming to JM bc of a similarincident in one of your Summerville location. I wonder what does the Health Inspection think about this?? Read more

Thur 1/13/2022 2:20 PM. Ordered a giant ham and swiss and a mini #5 in store to go. Wife messed up. She wanted #6 thinking it... was a #5. Our bad. Our mistake. It happens. ANY offer whatsoever to make her another mini #6 when I brought it to theirattention??? NOPE!!!! NADA. Nothing. You would think since it?s a mini, a stinking little mini, they would have! A giant??Maybe I would get it. Probably not but maybe. Would all depend on the attitude of the customer. But a MINI??? You should havemade her another one and just said have a great day!!! No hesitation, no wondering, no thinking to yourself, just grab thesandwich and make her another one! That?s customer service. That?s people who care? And since I?m here, change your lidsalready!!! How many more years have to go by before some genius figures out the lids are too small for your cups at EVERYLOCATION and it takes 10 minutes to get them on??? Although this is not my typical Jersey Mike's, the chain is so consistent that it's easy to spot any differences. In this case,... it's the level of friendly. Don't get me wrong, the staff was fine and the sammich was slammin' as always! But I noticed thatwhen a couple of regulars came in, they were welcomed with a smile, given a couple of "extras" and generally treatedbetter. It's not that I want preferential treatment. I just want to know that my buck is worth 100 pennies just like theirs.Imagine if they treated everyone with special regard... I think the world might slip off it's axis! ???? Read more
