I want to say that I love the food here at Five Guys..... I waited for 20 minutes to get my food. I paid over $ 35 dollars with... tip included to get less than what I ordered....I ordered a large fry but received a large cup not filled to the top. I'm souse to ordering a small that feeds 2 so I assume that a large fry would feed two hungry working men...What i got would only beenough of one.... I sat there watching them prepare fry orders as I waited on my own but when it was time to prepare my order they ran out of frys. The worker told the supervisor that he didn't have enough fries for my large order the manager stated tothe worker that what he had would be okay. ....It's not okay. ..If I was buying this for myself, I would have gotten my moneyback. ...I was buying this for my husband and his friend. ...I want what I paid for....???????????? Just went to 5 guys at the Tanger outlet for a nice burger. Was greeted at the register by a most pleasant cashier and a nice... clean restaurant. Got our food and thoroughly enjoyed the great quality hamburger and price that 5 guys offers. The small frywas plenty for the 3 of us and getting all the great toppings like grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, bell pepper, lettuce,tomato and ketchup made for a delicious burger. The small burger is actually plenty for me and I weigh 215 pounds. I spoke toBrian the manager to let him know that I found his employees to be extremely pleasant and the food quite good.
