The lady who was working there named dawn was the rudest employee I?ve ever encountered. I was given the wrong drink and had to... go inside to get my actual drink and when I took a sip it was very disgusting and I PULLED HER HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH! Her hairwas in my drink. I was so disgusted I lost my appetite. I was also given the wrong breakfast sandwhich. So now to talk about theemployee. When I pulled up she asked if we wanted to try some drink I assume she has to ask everyone and we said no and then 2seconds later she asked ?are you going to order?? With an attitude and then we were ordering and she said she could not hear usvery rudely. Then when I got up to the window I had a coupon for a drink and she scanned it and looked at me and I asked howmuch it was and she said very Rudely that she doesn?t know and won?t know until I pay. I was paying in cash and didn?t even knowhow much to give her. While she was speaking to us with an attitude she said into the headset to the people ordering ?I?m nottalking to you? I was just appalled and have never witnessed anything like it. This paragraph can?t even represent how rude dawnwas. I really would like a refund but wasn?t given a receipt of course. Premium location, yet it?s understaffed and the employees that are there are defeated, and slow (I almost... respect them for not rushing and working way harder just because they have no help). However, it took forever to get a dozendoughnuts and a coffee. Panels missing, dirty countertops, and guy that came in AFTER me got his stuff first. Only people in the drive-thru and we waited 25 minutes for our two drinks, hash browns, and two donuts. Employees were not... friendly and clearly did not want to be there. The person who took our order sounded like she had been out all night long andwas forced to come into work against her will. The guy handing us the order was screaming across the building from thedrive-thru for one of the drinks. One part of our order we had to ask for because we never received it. This place absolutely disgusts me. The touch to order screen was caked with visible gunk, and when I asked the barley conscious... employee for a wipe, it froze the screen so I couldn?t order!!!! There?s literally no human to take orders, Dunkin? you justlost a customer forever. I?ll be heading to Starbucks. SLOWWWWWW. This has got to be one of the slowest Dunkin' donuts on the East Coast. And when I say slow, I mean they are... physically moving in slow motion. When I walked in there was 2 other customers waiting on their orders. No one in thedrive-through. So I wait and wait and wait.... I'm thinking one of these other customers must have a large order, and then Irealized what's going on. The workers are moving so slow I almost started to laughing. The best way to describe it is, the slothat the dmv in the movie "Zootopia". The girl at the front counter disappears , she's gone for a good 3 minutes, then comes backwith a small coffee for the guy that was waiting. Then she takes about another 2 minutes to grab the single donut that he waswaiting on to complete his order. I finally get up to the front counter. The lack of enthusiasm, and level of lethargic energyfrom the cashier was mind blowing. I thought "Is there a carbon monoxide leak in this building??" Either that or they're movingthis slow on purpose as a joke. It took 10 minutes (from when I walked in- to leave) to get my order (A coffee and 2 donuts). Iwasn't in a rush so I'm not really upset about it but it would definitely be a problem for someone trying to be in-and-out.Food/coffee was mediocre, but I can't blame that necessarily on them. This is the WORST Dunkin?s I?ve ever been to. I?m from Boston and know what the food is supposed to taste like. The workers were... rude and unprofessional! I asked for three bacon, egg and cheese croissants toasted and got it back not toasted and cold! Mycoffee was cold too. Asked for them to fix my order and it still came back the same.
