I walk up to the counter and I?m the only one standing there. The cashier did not acknowledge me for 2 minutes because he was... texting. Great donuts and drinks. Staff usually friendly. There are always long lines during peak hours (to be expected), however the... drive thru is very very slow. The point of the drive thru is to get in and get out. I've sat for 20 mins, then decided to goinside to order. The parking is difficult to navigate when there's a drive thru line, especially for anything bigger than asedan. Hard to get out of your spot because drive thru line is blocking all the parking spots. Needs a new layout. Veryunorganized inside, staff raising their voices due to the high ops tempo. Food is good. Coffee is good. As good as you'd expect from Duncan. The workers are nice, too. Haven't had a bad experience yet.... I live close by so I go here often. The line usually moves pretty consistently. 4 out 5 stars. Read more
Worst customer service ever. Visiting from Orlando and hoping to get a great and hot late in the morning before going to work... but I find a very incompetent guy and the rudest manager I have ever seen instead. My whole order was cold and when I asked(politely) if it can be redone, the manager start yelling at me telling me if I put less creamer in my coffee it would be hot.Wow, really? She coached me on how I need to drink my coffee? I asked for my money back and she snap again asking for my creditcard. She shut the window and I can still hear her screaming and complaining.
