First time trying vegan and the food was AMAZING!! I had the tacos with vegan sour cream. GREAT customer service!!
I wanted so badly to like this place more because of other reviews and the need for vegan friendly places. I sadly can?t say I... would recommend it. Truthfully for safety alone, I would make sure no one I knew ever went here. I?d give it less stars if itweren?t for one particular lady that was very sweet. I assume she may be the owner, but I don?t know for sure. Upon walking in,signs were covered or out of the way or not legible. I had to ask like how does this place work? How do I order? And a youngergirl at the register was really rude and unhelpful. A lady that was older ended up explaining everything to me and was verynice. There were also random kids taking up what very few tables this place has to offer. They were spread out. I have no ideawhy. So basically incoming paying customers were left to stand or leave. I?m still puzzled by that. Anyways...if you carewhatsoever about being in even a relatively safe neighborhood...stay away. It was in a very bad area. Random people were walkingall through the streets and I saw a woman assaulting a man in the street as I was leaving and someone else tried to steal mycar. It?s just not in a good area. A church next door had bread left out on the side walk for people to take for free, if thataids in giving you any visual. If you?re vegan and have been for some time and have a developed palette...stay away. Food wasterribly boring and bland. Might fool newer vegans, not sure. My two kids, 6 and 9 years, and I couldn?t finish our food. Couldhave made the same thing at home and it would have tasted better. Something else that caught my attention, and not in a goodway, was that their signage stated all the smoothies are vegan however some have honey in them...so that?s not true. Dellz has always been good and fresh! They make your food fresh to order! My only critique would be is I wish the food could... come out a tad bit faster...I will always eat here though. AMAZING FOOD, Customer Service and atmosphere!! I tried the "lucky bowl" and it was packed with so much flavor and left me... feeling completely full but I can't wait to go back and try some of the smoothies and other food options. You don't have to bevegan to appreciate fresh ingredients and great tasting food. They also added fish options for those that may want more protein. Read more
