If I could give zero stars I would. I walked up only to be told by an employee that the dining room is closed. There is no... reason this dining room is still closed when every other restaurant and fast food place has their dining room open. They lost mybusiness tonight. Just left cook out on Dorchester Rd 8/1/22, at 13:50 , spend 15.24 for a lemonade that was not sweet at all 3 onion rings, I... mean 3. And a chicken sandwich that was disgusting. If I wasn?t in traffic and didn?t have so far to go I would have taken thisfood back and slammed it. This was the first time I have ever eaten at such a disgusting take out. Kinda hit or miss with this location. And today was another miss! Most the cheese bites were over fried and were just breading.... Forgot one whole tray and didn't even take the order correctly. It's like a magical mystery tour of employees at this location! Read more
The drive thru service was fast and efficient. The food was fresh and hot. Milkshakes seem to have gone downhill over time.... There was no greeting, the young lady at the window just swung open the window and yelled out my total. Read more
I don't ever have any problems from this cookout but idk if the young lady (Aspen) I believe was her name, working drive thru is... having a bad day or she wants to use her job. She was definitely rude, and impatient. We had to repeat our order numerous timesto her cause she kept messing it up. When she gave us our food, she dumped it in the bag no holders just everything dumpedtogether. I'm disappointed smh. Read more
This place is pathetic! 1- Today I ordered a burger and a shake at 2:20 PM. Only one person in front of me, wasn't given my... order until 2:34 PM. Person in front had 1 drink and a small bag (like mine) for food. 2- Before ordering, I specificallyasked if the cheese was real cheddar or American processed. The answer was they serve both. So I ordered a regular cheddarburger real cheese. (Not value sized) 3- The small Burger had about 5 drops of American cheese on it, and it was cold (afterwaiting 14 minutes) The employee told me it was "liquid cheddar". (See picture) 4- According to the manufacturer, here are theingredients in "liquid cheddar": The ingredients include cheese whey, modified food starch, partially hydrogenated soybean oil,Cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, sodium phosphate, salt maltodextrin, vinegar, MSG, mono and diglycerides, sodiumstearoyl-2-lactylate, natural flavors, and artificial colors. Certainly NOT real cheese! 5- When asked why the service took solong for a cold, small burger, the employee answered flippantly she didn't know. Never again!! Read more
They are always busy bc the food is great! And again...they missed the chicken nugget side x2 but it's ok.
