Great beer selection, good food. I'd been buying their beer at the grocery store and thought it was time to check out the... source. Wish they had more casual seating areas outside and fewer tables. Invited myself to sit w a stranger and his dog, andlater a couple joined. Turned out to be an enjoyable couple of hours w new friends, good music and tasty beers. Read more

Very cool hipster atmosphere. Friendly service and overall good ( not great) beer. 100% worth a trip if you are into the brewery... scene. My wife and I did two flights which give you a good variety of options. I?ll certainly go back . They also offer cannedtake away. However unlike most breweries, they offer a variety pack of 4 different cans so you don?t have to buy 4 of the same .Most breweries do not do this Read more

You can pander to the LGBTQXYZABC community. But in the end, if you produce good beer then it won't matter who you pander to.... Basically, the beer is not that great. And I wasted my time here! So...produce good beer! Read more

Commonhouse Aleworks is one of the things we love most about visiting this part of South Carolina. It's got a great laid-back... vibe with an incredibly tasty lineup of beers. (Most recently they took part in the brewing of the collaboration beer, Black isBeautifu). As for the vibe, you'll often find really great live music up on the stage. The staff is super friendly and eager tohelp you choose something you'll enjoy. And while a lot of the locals walk or ride their bikes, you can find easy street parkingjust a short walk around the brewery. This is one of out top picks for places to visit in Park Circle and the Charleston area.We can't wait to return. Read more
