Quality is decent, but things are super slow. If you use the app and order ahead, chances are it won't be ready unless it's way... far in advance. Constantly waiting when I get there for what I ordered through the app. I usually order about twenty or thirtyminutes ahead. This keeps up and I simply will stop coming here. Originally was a three star review but I had to go back inafter getting in the car to get straws for our shakes. Seriously? Read more
Got there at 8:35. Finally got our orders by 9:23. Horrible service. The 4 people working here didn't care about helping people... in a timely manner. They checked their phones multiple times, two of them disappeared into the back, never to come out and helpanyone. They kept doing all the door dash orders instead of helping the 15+ people in line. It was horrible. It has been awhile since I've been there and I was very disappointed. The staff was slow and uncaring. Tonight was a horrible experience. We walked in and the employees was looking at us like we were interrupting their free time.... Slowly the only male of the night took our order. He took his precious slow time and I am glad. While he was moving slow, I hadto time to see how dirty and nasty every topping was behind the counter. Each item had multiple items mixed in with each otherand topping were sprayed all over every inch of the counter without any effort to clean. They all begin to talk and play witheach other and my order was extremely slow so, I left on the principle of food safety. The team need to be retrained on speed,cleanliness and customer service.
