Rude. Ordered a medium iced latte. It was so full of ice I had it almost completely gone after 4 sips. Went back to see if they... could give me a little more for the $5 medium latte. Just rude. Said there was nothing they could do. You could give me alittle more and that would have been completely appropriate. If I would have asked for light ice, I?m sure you wouldn?t havegiven me a cup only 1/3rd full. That?s how much drink I had if there would have been light ice.
