Thank you Kai !!!! You helped make our daughters Birthday a great experience!! While there where several parties happening at... once, and the ticket blaster didn't want to cooperate. Newly remodeled and wonderful!!! So much better than the old floor plan, kept the small kids section mildly separated and added... a lot of new games. Much much better! They made a lot of parents happy with the new renovations! We had a great time! Read more
This is not the business I remember as a child. We brought my daughter here for her birthday to play. She was turning 3. They... have a section for older kids and one for younger kids. 90 percent of the parents were stuck on their phones or nowhere to befound. Bigger kids kept jumping on things we had purchased time for our child for. The whole place was chaos. Kids were keepingthe balls out of the machines and throwing them at each other. It's definitely a very chaotic and unsafe atmosphere, but luckilymy daughter was still able to enjoy herself. We'll find somewhere different for her to play indoors because this is not it. Read more
I used to work here when I was in High School and it was very nostalgic to bring my child here for his 2nd birthday party.... Whitney the store manager was my manager then as well! She runs a fantastic staff and very professional. It was very clean andthey were doing all they could to sanitize everything. The staff and party hosts were amazing also. We always have a great time here. We've been to them in several different states. The new play as much as you want for an hour... pass works great. We buy two for our family of 5 and share, and everyone gets their fill. The pizza isn't half bad, and thesalad bar is clean and tidy. For what it is, the reality do a wonderful job. Read more
