I cam in on 10/25/22 @ 1050am. You would think first thing in the morning things would move smooth...not so much.The attitude... of the lady on the food line pouring the right was horrible. Not a "hi" or any type of greeting. Aweful! I got home excited toeat and the white rice was severely undercooked. I can't do them again! Read more

Literally the only Chipotle I have gone to in South Carolina where the employees weren?t complete a**holes. For once I found a... location where I?m not given attitude and the employees don?t look miserable to be at work. Had a bowl and dined it. It was apleasant experience. Read more

It?s a 50/50 whether your potions will be either over or way under what you pay for. It tastes good, and the chips are usually... available fresh. This location is ok to go to, they don?t get super backed up and the online order and pickup is a very nicefeature. Read more

Do you like the taste of disappointment and incompetence? If you do, this is the store for you!!! The night crew clearly doesn?t... care what they are doing. One individual was cleaning napkins from a table, literally one napkin at a time, instead of helpingthe other employees. The register was broken so we had to order online, while standing in the store. Not the worst thing butseems important to have a working register. We checked the labels on the burrito bowls to make sure they had everything we askedfor. The labels were right so we left. Upon arriving home, we opened our orders, and were ready to eat. Until we discovered thatone of the orders had nothing we asked for and a lot of things we didn?t ask for, despite the label being correct. Even thethings we paid extra for were not included. I?m not sure why I expected my order to be right after watching the laziness of thecrew. I guess i assumed that they would match the ingredients to what was in front of them, but I guess I had to much faith inhumanity. Read more

It was the worst customer service I?ve received so far. There was nobody behind me and they were rushing me to hurry up my... order. The store is such a mess and the tables are so dirty. The floors are full of trash. They were arguing about who has toclean up and nobody wanted to. The soda machine area was also full of trash. I threw away my food because of how dirty thisplace was. Don?t come to this Chipotle!!!! Service is subpar to say the least. Always closes early, or they put a sign up saying online... ordering only. Soda machine is out, no lemonade, no tea?. No steak, and no customer care!!! No hustle, just lazy employees andlazy managers. Floors are dirty, tables dirty, trash is piled up, nothing is stocked. Oh but the price has gone up and theservice is down! Read more

So...this particular Chipotle location is ran by idiots. I mean, if you lift something up to put it in a bag...wouldn't you feel... how odd the weight is? Apparently not with them. After all the IQ down here in Charleston, SC is completely low given that thisstate's education is ranked at 44. Smh. All there was left was chicken, everything else is gone prior. Read more
