Everytime I go here my sandwich is on point. I have no complaints. It's my favorite place to eat.

I have a very BAD experience with the staff I arrived at Charley's at 10:53am I saw no one out front so then a staff workers... comes out and says very RUDE comeback in 15 minutes we are not open then she took her bare hands grabbed pickles and went in theback I waited to see what time they would come out and start.serving it was after 11am but on the website it stated open at 11amI have not had Charley's since Covid began and I won't be back very nasty workers Read more

It's not a totally authentic Philly, but it's a decent cheesesteak. Never would I order a BBQ Philly at an authentic place with... Amoroso rolls shipped in fresh daily, but I thoroughly enjoyed the spin on it here. Hubby got the classic and said it's quite agood cheesesteak. Good balance of meat and cheese, with tasty ingredients. He got the chicken Philly too and it wasdelicious. If I don't feel like a monster cheesesteak like Larry's Big Boss Man or Jersey Mike's Big Kahuna, Charley's offers anormal human sized Philly that doesn't make me hate myself. Had the worst experience with this place. I was visiting here and wanted to eat here. I asked the guy to give me a Philly... cheesesteak with only meat, cheese, and peppers. He asked did I want lettuce and mayo, I said yes, on the side. I get my food,he gives me lettuce on the side but puts tomatoes and mayonnaise on my sandwich. I tell him it?s wrong, mind you, a guy came upto him and told him his food was wrong, he said he would fix it, but when I told him about my food, he argues with me as if Iwas wrong.
