It is so garbage that this burger King never has their lobby open. Some people that work have trucks to large to go through the... drive through and the lobby is never open anymore. This used to be a good bk, but not only has the lobby being closed happenmore and more lately the staff is usually just playing on their phones and cutting up and the food takes forever and a lot oftime the order is wrong. No wonder a lot of bk's are shutting down. It is sad too because I love the food. Read more

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and had to go inside to place our order. The cashier could not ring in the order and needed... 2 others to help. The cook rang it in with dirty fingernails before cooking the food. The entire kitchen was messy and indesperate need of a deep clean. The dining room and drink machine needed restocking. This location has had consistently poor service and the employees always seem to be goofing off behind the counter during long... wait times. Recently tried ordering using the mobile app so that I could bypass the wait caused by this, but the dining room waslocked even though the Burger King app allowed me to schedule a pickup at the inside counter. I could always rely on Burger King to provide me with a delicious sandwich except this time. They were out of chicken, they... were out of ice, they no longer served half the burgers listed on their menu. I ordered a Big King and the lady gave me a plaindouble whopper even though the receipt said double whopper and not my big king. Management needs to step up and fix theseissues. Read more

I arrived here on Monday Aug 22, 2022 at 2:15p for lunch. It?s raining. Dining room is closed. Drive Thru has only one lane... open and apparently only one person working the entire shift. I didn?t get my order taken until well after 3p! After I drove tothe window! Unacceptable Read more

I was surprised. I came here for a whopper combo. I was hoping to get something close. No, what I got was a perfect whopper... combo. The burger was made just like it was 20 years ago. fries was cooked great. If I had to pick a problem is the cokemachine. Coke is good anyway. Read more

The absolute worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had - consistently! Closest place to my house so once each year I... try and give it another chance. Today was that day. I encourage the owner to spend more money on recruiting staff that have somesense of work ethic, sense of urgency and integrity than wasting it on the recent renovations. I spent over 40 minutes in thedrive through and this was AFTER I placed my order online. When I got to the window I was greeted by a worker that had 3 inchlong fingernails and was seriously struggling to get a lid for a cup due to the nails. I was told they have no iced coffee so Iasked if it would be credited back on my card. I was told I could do that on line. Frustrated from waiting so long and onceagain being disappointed by this restaurant, I left with my order minus the iced coffee. There is no way to get a refund itonline so I feel like I was lied to so they didn't have to actually do some extra work to refund me the money. They do get onestar since this is the first time they got my order correct (minus the coffee) EVER in the 9 years I have lived here! Read more
