I just bought food from here 10 minutes ago. The fries were fresh and service was ok. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and... the chicken tasted like plastic. Wasn't cooked all the way through. Wouldn't recommend no one eat here. Horrible go somewhereelse Read more
I have visited this location many times and have had more bad experiences than good. Many times they were closed hours earlier... than posted, and now there's a 10+ minute no service drawer change policy where customers are refused service at 2:15 pm on aSaturday. Well, I assume job security allows them to choose their own hours and availability for service. Don't waste your timeif you want to eat. Go to one of the other surrounding restaurants where they actually care about the customer. Read more
Wow, basically 95 percent of people rate 1 stars. Why don't they change for the better, this truck itself is dirty and the worst... in South Carolina. Only I noticed one good person who cleaned and controlled the mess on the truck. Respect only to this person.He well done, he washes the floors and cleans up the garbage. I stopped in for lunch. They didn't have what i wanted even though it was on the menu. They had no ice in the ice machine. The... fountain drinks came out warm and i had to wait about 20 minutes for my food. I am a fan of Arby's but i will not go back here. Read more
The brisket was light on meat compared to other Arby's and was missing components on them. The meat was somewhat greasy. Ordered... a ruban and it too was missing components. It literally only had meat bread and sauce on it ????. The nuggets was pretty fresh.Service was really fast and friendly. This is by far the most absolute worst arby's I've ever been at. The food has never been more than mediocre. The service is... absolutely horrible. The staff are not only cold and rude but, show 0 urgency. Today however, is the worst. Low on time, Iordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Girl at register rudely responds with "we ain't got no egg" with her eloquent speech. So I said "then I'll take a sausage and cheese biscuit and a chicken biscuit.". After my unreasonable wait with only 1 othercustomer in front if me I receive the saddest, worst quality biscuits imaginable. A tiny chicken tender on a hard biscuit and What look to be a week old sauce's Patty way darker than what it should be on a piece of cheese that look like wax wax on a hardbiscuit. In my opinion every associate there should be fired in that place should be shut down completely. This has been anongoing problem for a long time period today was the worst. Twice I have been to this Arby?s. On 12/6 they told me they were closed at 11:30 pm because they had to count the drawer.... Tonight on 12/7 at 11:10 PM they were out of roast beef. I have one question Why is this place even open. You are payingemployees to turn customers away. Completely useless. Read more
