Ordered a French dip sandwich combo and a three piece chicken strip combo and mozzarella sticks.. get home open to get the bag,... well she didn?t ring up my cheese sticks so we didn?t get those.. both fries were cold and no dip sauce for the French dip so Idrove all the way back for the manager to get attitude with me about how she dropped the food and all herself but I tried toexplain to her my food wouldn?t be cold had I not had to drive all the way back because my order was wrong instead of her fixingmy food she gave me a refund and snatched the food I did get back.. won?t be back.. save your money and go elsewhere and I hadto wait in the drive through because they wouldn?t let me come inside to resolve it.. slack customer service and as I wasexplaining what was wrong the lady want to tell me to calm down and I wasn?t even mad at first.. Drive-thru was ridiculous! Sat in line to long. Ended up leaving. I'mma need y'all to do better.
I didn't plan to leave a review but when you refuse to answer the phone and repeatedly hang up I must resort to other measures.... I ordered a child's roast beef slider for my daughter. She started getting upset about how spicy her sandwich was when we gothome to eat. She was given jalapeño peppers on her slider. When I called to let them know, it rang and rang before finally youcould hear someone pick up before immediately disconnecting. I am very disappointed with the service. Read more
I dropped by my local Arbys today. I go there occasionally and I?m usually very satisfied with the service and quality. They... dropped the ball today. While the service through the drive through was very good. The chicken sandwich I received was a reallet down. I didn?t notice what I had until I took a bite. Then I dawned on me that the piece of chicken was about half the sizeof the bread. Is this the new normal? It was bad enough that the new price for a small combo was almost $10. Read more

Well...where do I begin....I was so disappointed...I got the 2 for $6... crispy Fish Sandwich...ask for onion..none...very... dry/skimmie .. nothing like the picture...the sauce or mixture wasn't colorful on sandwich like on board,verydecieving,,????...just a bland ..dry out .. bad taste Fish Sandwich...????..no excitement...
