Best Starbucks near me BUT the drive thru sucks on weekends, 15+ minutes to get through 5-6 cars. Amazing otherwise.

Don't care for Starbucks my granddaughter was with me and wanted to go so I can't give a honest review.
I guess I?m just upset about the customer service. I went at 8 o?clock, an hour before closing to pick up a brownie for my... pregnant wife. There was a car in the drive-through parked so nobody could use it And when I knocked on the door The workerswere working and nobody acknowledged me. So I took my car and went the opposite direction in the drive-through to see what wasgoing on and the girl yelled at me saying They were closed and what I was doing was not OK. There was no sign explaining. Also,online and on the front door they said they were still open. I was also there with other people in the parking lot who also didnot know what was going on. A lot of lost revenue at the time. I don?t know what to do with this information but that?s whathappened. I guess Starbucks is there for convenience and sometimes it?s less convenient than others. They are usually prettygood and people can have an off day, but I?m not gonna lie, this one kind of hurt. Read more
