I think people commenting are mistaking the location - this listing is for the Starbucks in Target in North Brunswick. My review... is for that location. Love the target, and it?s nice to have a Starbucks but NEVER have I gotten a drink served to me that?stasted anything like it?s supposed to. They are usually out of ingredients and the coffee just tastes really bad. I?m sure thestaff is perfectly friendly but I don?t think they are trained in making Starbucks drinks but charging Starbucks prices. Read more
Love this Starbucks! They have one of the best baristas I?ve had the pleasure to be served by. Her name is Alyssa. Alyssa is... the epitome of a star employee. She is polite, always welcomes me with a smile and a ?hi how can I help you? always wishes me agood day. She considerate of my time, her drink making skills are exceptional, consistency is her forte, my drinks are ALWAYSthe same. Great customer service! This is honestly the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to in my life. Lets start with the complete lack of cleaning and... maintenance...... broken cabinet doors and items laying everywhere. Inventory that should be stored in the back is blatantlyout in front and a complete mess and eye sore. Now here's the worst part..... for the price you're paying for Starbucks, theemployees should at least get the order correct everytime. I'm sure you all would agree.....I can get breakfast and coffeeanywhere for half the price and almost as good. The employees were talking to each other and goofing off the entire time andtotally messed up my 15$ order AND the customer behind me. I ordered 2 sandwiches, they give me one. After waiting about 7minutes, I inquire and she says "oh my bad, I got you"..... seriously? Worst part of it all, both coffees got cold and when Isipped mine, it was burnt to a crisp and absolutely undrinkable. A complete lack of care here and for the price, I won't beback. If you want Starbucks, keep driving past this one and try another location. This one is no good. Makes you wonderabout quality control within a publicly traded company as big as Starbucks. Where is the manager? Where is thegeneral/regional manager visiting these stores and making sure quality and service is in check???? If I were the manager here,I'd clean house with the staff first then work on cleaning the store up. 1 out of 10, avoid this place. If you think i may bewrong, please read the other reviews for this location and format your own opinion. What a mess......smh. Further update12/5/12 I'm here again because we are in target. Baristas of this Starbucks are so cool , they would remember your order and as soon they see us they would make sure our drink... are ready. Love their energy and goofiness....... I love this Starbucks! They?re not the fastest but I don?t expect that at such a small location with minimal staff. They do... their best and are always polite and they enforce social distancing. I had a customer too close to me and they even asked themto keep their distance which was really nice. It?s also so convenient! Read more
i was sorta vibing with this place at first but then like it took an oddly long amount of time to get a drink and they forgot... what they had to make me then on top of that i found a hair in my frappe ????. it was just very unprofessional. on top of that itried to call to see if i could get like a refund or something and they went straight to voicemail.
