I was craving some good biryani and I decided to order from Southern Spice. I decided to try out the Dilkhush chicken biryani... after reading the reviews and omg it was absolutely delicious. From the first bite , I was in heaven. I also ordered the SSSpecial Chicken Curry which is very tasty as well. Definitely will be coming back more often. Definitely give it a try !!! Read more
Had food here few times. Food is from average to good, but not a very bad experience for me at least. Mandi is available,... chicken mandi is good. Check for mandi availability the day you go, it's not on every day. Overall I would recommend this placeto eat. Read more

Had Ordered Goby Manchurian and a Paneer Sub Looking Sandwich but with Naan instead of Bread (Indians will understand this)... (look for Picture for exact details) Goby Manchurian was crispy and Nice and oh man only 1 Paneer Roll Sub was quite enough forme to fill the stomach. You should definitely try those two. Read more
I visited here for the first time on our way to a movie and I am in love with the food here. Butter chicken and butter naan was... simply super, very tasty and fresh. We had southern spice special chicken biryani and Ulavacharu mutton biryani. I even likedthe southern spice special chicken biryani, the chicken is crispy and biryani is well done and medium spicy. Raitha and salanworked together beautifully to the biryani. ???? Ulavacharu mutton biryani was not my choice and my friends enjoyed that. Went to pick up order tonight scheduled for 6:30. Was not ready. Supposedly they had some big catering orders that backed them... up. No apologies. Had to wait 30 minutes. Food was terrible and underwhelming and of course they messed up the order. The socalled ?tandoori chicken? was not even tandoori chicken. Most concerning was the chicken was raw. First timer ? we had their food in a house warming party and wanted to try take home food. Ordered pepper ???? and chicken roast... . Both were spicy and well made . Pepper was amazing , but make sure you order ur spice level. If U say spicy , it is reallyspicyyyyy. Not like other restaurants. Chicken roast was a little less spicy but well made. .. we also ordered chilli corn????.. I didn?t like that much. Corn was fried well but the sauce was like tomato ketchup . Sweet and not at all good. I wouldhave given a 5 star if the corn was good. I was more expecting South Indian style but this wasn?t good at all. Quick serviceand very good customer support . Honestly, was overwhelmed by the portion of the Chicken Mandi. The mandi is a perfect dish for the guys night out. My wife and I... tried the half Mandi, therefore we had plenty of leftovers. The members of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Read more
