Masala -3.5/5 15.95$ (Not satisfied ) Butter Naan -0/5 (13.50$) worst ever naan I had in my life Garlic Naan - 0/5 ( 14.25$ Notsure whether chef know how to make naan ) Chicken 65 - 2/5 ( 16.95$ Conflour is more in chicken) Mutton Sukka varuval - 2/5(17.95$ Mutton quantity is good but it?s too soggy and it?s like cooked a frozen mutton by adding spices) The review is to makesure for next time customer should get good food...! This place offers take out, there are about 5 tables to sit but not a good place to dine in they do allow you to dine in,but... they give the food in to go containers, the food was average not to great even the biryani,the 2 chicken appetizers looked andtasted the same too.PS they close early too if they have caterings,so do call and check before you go there. Used the catering service (North Brunswick Anjappar) for an traditional south Indian event. Mr. Kannan was very professional... and thorough in all aspects of the dealings. The food delivery was on time and well co-ordinated. The communication was easy andprompt. The food was delicious and praised by all the guests. 'Dahi-Vada' was cooked to the perfection, loved by the grandparents among the guests.Deserts like Gulab Jamon and Pineapple Kesari were delicious. Items like Veg Cutlet, Veg Biriyani,Kadai Paneer , Gobi manchurian, Veg Korma had its own fan followers. Great food. Will definitely use the service again. Read more

Very rude staffing. Never experienced this kind of behavior in any other restaurant. Ill never recommend this to anyone. Menu... was very limited, not like indian anjappar. Staff mentioned nothing is available to let us go. Didn't allowed to use the trashcan aswell. Overall its a worst experience in our entire newyork trip. Read more

Pros: Spicy south Indian food. Good taste. Cons: Worst customer service as they may be short of staff. No one picks up the... phone. I tried calling them many times to say that they did not pack everything I ordered and missed items but they never pickthe phone to even listen to my issue. You must verify food package contents otherwise won?t be able to do anything Additionalcon: I ordered snacks based on the photos they showed online but got the ones attached. Very disappointing. Photos are totallymisdirecting. Not sure if that is intentional or not but gave a bad customer experience. The muruku snack did look alike alittle bit but thattai was the worst. Can understand the impact of pandemic but the restaurant should avoid selling a productthat differs from the photo they have online. Read more

This is the worst mutton biriyani I have ever had. They charged $19 but it is not even worth of 19c. Quantity also too low but... that is good in other way as I had to consume little ( cant throw as it is hard earned money ) Never order from here. AlsoOrdered Pepper Chicken and taste was little better but they put some pieces which usually we throw while cutting it. Great Indian restaurant with good flavorful food. Weekly specials are really good deals. This place offers Indian sweets and... savories traditionally prepared, like ladoo, halwa, adhirasam, murukku, thattai etc. Bucket biriyani seems like their specialty.Noticed that Bucket sizes are also big. Portion sizes of entrées are good and comes with good sides. Friendly staff offeredhelp with ordering. Items can be more reasonably priced. Read more

We ordered bucket mutton biryani.It's the worst mutton biryani ever.. It's called Tomato rice.Don't order from this place and... waste money. They say it's seeraga samba rice but it's Sonamasuri rice. Quantity is very less and will not be sufficient for 4people, mutton pieces are very less. Read more
