I'll start out by stating I love Caseys and I understand that they are short staffed as alot of places are currently, That being... said the main reason I am brought to Casey's is for there sandwiches. In my opinion it's what really is a game changer betweenthem and there competitors. We have few options located near this particular store and in my opinion they are loads better inquality when opposed to Subway. Unfortunately I have attempted to go there 5-6 times in the last 6 months to get a sandwich andall but one time I have been told they don't have any bread, staff or several other ingredients needed to make it and they wouldbe unable to help me. It sucks trying to rely on the if you have a limited lunch break. Hopefully in the future this can beaddressed for more consistent service. Read more
Their pizza is SO tasty, and I appreciate wanting to have fast delivery but?the pizza is always under cooked. We have ordered 3... times and have now made a habit of preheating the oven to expect an undercooked doughy soft pizza. I love being lazy after along work week, snuggling with a Casey?s pizza and morphing into the couch. The customer service is stellar, website easy tonavigate, and who doesn?t love GOOD delivery pizza! Just know what to expect when ordering. I have been in here 5 times atleast trying to get a sub because i hear how good they are and still have not gotten one, almost... everytime its a older lady and she refuses to make one saying i don't have time. Today i tried again and she just ignored me andwhen i finally said can you help me she said no im not making subs. Then when we tried to ask the cashier about she got nastyalso. Terrible place. I have read online on the north branch pages that this particular employee has been nasty and multiplepeople said they stopped buying food because of her. Only order pizza here if you want it late! Last time I was here, it was 20 minutes late...fine. this time I did curbside pickup... through the app. I checked in when I got there. WAITED 20 MINUTES PAST THE PICKUP TIME! Then I decided to call and the moronsays "oh, your order is right here but your ticket didn't print out to tell me you checked in. REALLY?! Read more
Cashiers are unwelcoming, and don't wear their masks. Their pumps are always broken and when they do break, they refuse to... reimburse you for the gas. Wouldn't be surprised if they have them broken on purpose. They've gone downhill since kwik triparrived. Save yourself the headache and go to kwik trip. Read more
Casey's deli is a must-try, and in general they're the in-town alternative to their multi-location competitor. Always great... service for a great price! Read more
Last week I ordered a supreme pizza and it was delicious! I just ordered another large supreme 20 minute's ago picked it up and... it was over cooked almost burnt and not good at all!!! Such a disappointment Read more
