I placed an on-the-go order and upon arriving to pick up my order I was informed that they were unable to make the order because... they had no expresso so I asked them to refund my money on the app because I've already paid for it, mind you it's a $6.24drink. I was told to go on my app and figure out how to get my refund. I was told that they do not refund money on the appsbecause of the point system ... which I do not understand at all what that has to do with refunding my money but in any eventthe only thing I could do was email and I am left to wait and see what happens. This is not good customer service at all. Whatmakes it worse is I spend an awful lot of money at Dunkin' donuts everyday as I get at least three drinks a day at $6 a drink!So if you're in Sanford Maine I caution you from the main Street store!! Easily the one of the worst locations, 30 minute waits regularly and they always mess up your order. I've even called and went... back through and get attitudes and questioned what I actually ordered. Just go elsewhere you're money is wasted here. Read more

Worst dunks in the whole country and its Here in north berwick. Awful experience everytime.
Rude and made multiple mistakes. The lady in front of us got the wrong change from a $50. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and... they gave us a caramel coffee when my mom ordered a completely different drink and said we did not order a frozen coffee, needed2 transactions and the whole problem took 10-15 minutes out of our day to get the wrong drinks and an attitude from the femaleworker. If a business is open until 8 pm then you should be able to go to the drive through at 730 pm and order anything offered on the... menu until they officially are "closed".... It's very bad for this locations business that Every night at 730 (while on mybreak) I am turned away to not beable to order any food because of the ovens being "down" or "off" .... I work at a VERY largemanufacturer next door that brings 100s if not 1,000s of ppl a week to this location for business , knowing that all the other100s of employees that also on break at 730 pm during week nights that go here on break are also being turned away for anyfood purchase because of this same reason I'm constantly given is a lot of $ for this Dunkin's location to be loosing out on !!Also VERY frustrating to all who can not get a simple croissant sandwich!
