Ordered for delivery after the longest day of my life. All I wanted was a nice bacon cheeseburger from Wendy?s after this... terrible, long day and before another terrible, long day coming up tomorrow. What did I get? None of that!! They not onlyforgot my cheeseburger, but also my 4pc nugget!!! Instead they gave me 2 large fries. WHO even wants or can physically eat 2 ofthose!!! I am so irrationally mad over this considering the day I just had. Truly nothing could have been worse than that. NOTTO MENTIONNNN the paper bags were ripped open when they handed it to the delivery driver (he told us that?s how they gave it tohim and I absolutely believe him). Like what are they even doing over there???? It?s not that hard to read a list of items andsimply put them in a bag. Nothing like a muffed up Wendy?s order to make your bad day even worse. Read more

Food was good and done right. It's fast food what do you want. The service was faster then any service I have had at Wendy's.

Those pretzel bun burgers are very nice. Chicken one is favorite. Not 5 stars because I feel like Wendy's should cook their beef... burgers a little bit more. Read more

I ordered my personal favorite Wendy's burger, the big bacon classic today with the request of no cheese and no onions. I was... given a burger patty, and a couple strips of bacon on a bun. Correct me if I am wrong, but every other time I have ordered theBig Bacon Classic it also included lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo. This was the first time I have stopped at this locationand rest assured it will also be the last. First impressions count for a lot, and the crew of this Wendy's blew it on a simpleorder. Read more

I work for grubhub this wendy has to change their rule after dine in close grub hub doordash ubereat deiver should not get in... line in drive thru like other location wendys .friday and saturday night we are spending a lot of time in drive thru to pick upour customers order sometimes to much line in there and management doesnt help drivers. This Wendy's is convient for walking to if staying at the quality suites hotel or surrounding properties. The cashiers were... actually very friendly and listened to make sure they got the order right which can be rare these days. Very fast service Iordered a chicken ceaser salad and baked potato, took under 6 minutes from ordering to getting my food. Read more

This place is the worse I didn't know you needed a college degree to take a simple order. I placed an order not only did my food... have hair in it. They charged me $8 for the chicken sandwich I was suppose to get and gave me the cheap version of the chickensandwich. They forgot the drink and my ceasar salad had lettuce that looked like it was a week old. The lettuce was brown andslimy. I spent over $40 dollars and had to throw the entire order in the garbage. Ya gotta do better for real!!!! I would givethis place 0 stars if that was possible. Read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. This particular location needs to get their act together. I am a Doordash ebike delivery... person and I went ahead and called them to be proactive getting more information about an order. I was already going to be latebecause of the long line. The person who answered the phone I later found out it was the manager. She told me to wait in lineand go to the speaker and give us the name. I told her I was on an E bike and she said wait In line. I got to the speaker andapparently I didn?t show up in the cameralands. Nobody answered I tried getting somebody to answer with the greeting. Ieventually let the car behind me go and I told them to do me a favor. Please tell them in DoorDash guys in front of you with anorder. Apparently the car did not do this. Unfortunately. Because the fast food workers denied this statement. I waited inline for 30 minutes. The guy at the first window said I should have gone up right away and waited alongside the cars. Iexplained the entire situation to him. He asked for the delivery name several times and eventually told me it will just bestarted now. At the second window they ask for the name several more times. They say it?s not ready yet. I asked for an ETA andthey don?t answer and ignore me. Several people in line got their food before I do. An extreme amount of my time was wastedover false information. A manager and everybody on the crew needs to be replaced. Or they just need to get better training andget their act together. Complete Failure on their part. Time is money. Read more
