I order ice toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso extra whipped-cream and 4 pumps of caramel and they gave me this instead.... I?m already drinking cuz I didn?t have else to drink. Horrible service. Read more

I put an order in before i got here. And there is only one lane so i still had to wait behind 15 cars to pick it up. Can someone... please explain to me what the point of this was? Once I received my drink it was melted because we waited so long. This was theworst starbucks experience and I will not be returning to this location. Read more

My first Starbuck in New York, the place is nice easy to find.
Long wait for either at store or mobile order even for just a coffee. I have been there twice and both the times it took 25 odd... minutes for order (first one was just a coffee while the other one was a clod brew) The only good thing is the staff which isvery nice! Read more
Major, major tip - order only at the drive thru. Walk it if you have to. In store service either at the counter or for pick up... is slow and theres no places to sit inside. They do have a bathroom though. Read more
