This has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the entire Hudson County

Not only did it take her 10 mins to get off the phone and take my order but she got my order completely wrong. I ordered 1... coffee she charged me for 2 and gave me 2 coffees which were completely wrong. I then ordered a sandwich and hash browns and mysandwich was burnt and no has browns were given to me. So I got overcharged and my entire order was wrong. What a waste of $17 Iwill never go there again. Horrible customer service for a simple order. Read more
The baristas are awesome, however this location is extremely busy and needs more workers. I waited over 20 min on my way to... work to even hit the register. That is way to long when your swinging by on your way to the office. I like this location, it'svery convenient but they need more workers to make it viable for people who do not have unlimited time to stand in line. There is only one person in the mornings around 7:30am. She is unfriendly and very slow. Waited over 20 minutes just for my... order to be taken. Many people leave because the wait time is so long. Even if I have submitted my order via the app - when Iarrive it is not ready. They definitely need two or more people in the mornings (a person making the food and another takingorders and completing coffee orders). Very disappointing!! Read more
Stood at the counter patiently waiting for someone to help me, as no one was behind the counter. If I was not addicted to... coffee, I would have left. Finally a woman came to take my order and as I was waiting for my order to be filled, thedonuts in front of me kept calling my name. Throwing caution to the wind, I asked for a half dozen. She started to place thedonuts in a bag so I asked for a box, as I did not want 6 donuts stuffed and crushed in a brown paper bag. She asked, "Itdoesn't come in boxes... Anyway what's the difference?" with annoyance and frustration on her face and in her voice. I guess itwas my fault for them running out of boxes. I told her I did not want the donuts and I would just take the coffee. She chargedme for the coffee and she threw the change to me! (I'm over exaggerating... She tossed the change into my hand) She was just notpleasant to deal with at 5:30 in the morning. Apologies for the long review. I either have too much time on my hands thismorning, or I was extremely disappointed that I didn't get to eat my donuts. To the woman working at dunkin donuts (Saturday5:30am).....because of your demeanor and attitude during work.... You saved me from eating a whole lot of empty calories and awhole lot of sugar. Let me start by saying I go here all the time on my way to work In the hospital, never had issues today I order the same thing... caramel hot coffee first she gives me tea then I told her I ordered caramel hot coffee and she started screaming saying that sherepeated my order first she had a heavy accent so I don?t know why she?s screaming then she takes the teabag and makes meregular coffee in the same cup as the tea and now I don?t know if I?m drinking coffee or tea my issue was in the wrong order myissue is why are you screaming at the customer mind you she was on the phone in her AirPods the whole time taking the order. Ifgo back and she there I?ll just walk out because I shouldn?t have to get yelled at for getting a cup of coffee UPDATE: So Iwent back the next day to speak with a manger because I honestly didn?t feel like I deserve the way she spoke to me while tryingto explain my order to her .
