I ordered a king patacón for pick up and this is what I found out when I got home. This is not eatable!!!

I love the food and their shakes. Sadly the employees take their sweet time making everything. Waited there for twelve minutes... for one shake. I've worked food service my whole life and I always move as quickly as possible to ensure customers get theirorders in a timely fashion. Read more

The workers there have the worst attitude! I went there and ordered a mango carnation shake. When I tried it I told the lady who... made it, it didn?t taste like it had any sugar, asked if she could put more sugar in it. She replied saying I had already triedit and she couldn?t fix it. The cashier told her she could add the sugar and mix it since I was the one who tried it and wasgoing to drink it. To which the lady replied she would have to wash the mixer again and she wasn?t going to do that. My husbandwas already annoyed since the order had already taken a while and the pan de Bono he ordered were extremely cold and hard so Ijust decided to walk away and threw the shake in the trash can right outside. I do not know if food is well we call before go because it was 4 o'clock in the morning and we wanna have a breakfast after... party, the waitress at phone says that they are open but if we go that time we'll have to wait at least 30 minutes for aburguer, we were in uber from new york and when we arrive to the 5:20 proximately still can cook a sinple burguer because theyaren't ready still one hour and minutes later and we after decided that was a lost of time leave our home without havebreakfast. every single time i order from here or any banana king i specifically ask for pink sauce, i request it multiple times in my... order and every single time it gets ignored. its so frustrating its a simple request and yet EVERY time i never receive it.always disappointed i spent $20-30 on 2 things and yet the thing i ask for is NEVER THERE!!!! The shakes never fail. Their new employee is very good. The food on the other hand has failed me. I ordered a cheeseburger and... it was burned. I've ordered in the pass and tried to give them other chances. It's either super dry cold or now burned. Read more

Sándwich cubano it?s the best. If you want a quick bite this is the place to stop and get something fast. The only bad thing is... that inside the place it?s really cold and it?s winter time. I think they have the temperature low so you don?t stay there for along time. Read more
