They have the best freshest food I think you can get at a taco time. When you get your chicken soft taco the chicken is hot the... lettuce is cold you can tell it's just been made not sitting around under a heat lamp. The last few times I've been here, the dining room has been closed so it's online order, takeout or drive through only. Not a... big deal anymore since I've come to expect not being able to dine in - even though there is a decent sized dining area. Kioskorder is simple enough for someone experienced. I got a mini chicken burrito which tasted good as usual, but had somehowexploded during the handoff from kitchen, and ranch erupted all over the bag, then again all over me when I took the first bite.This would have been a lot less frustrating had I been able to dine in, but instead there is ranch all over me and my car now.The most frustrating part of my experience today is the complete and total lack of aknowledgment from any of the 7 employees inthe kitchen. When I walked in there were two guys standing directly behind the counter having a conversation, but for somereason they chose not to utter a word of welcome, or even make eye contact. Hospitality 101 is always greet your customer. Thisis an expensive era to live and dine in, and there's no reason that a full kitchen staff can't offer a hello, head nod, or evenlook that suggests that we are human-like beings worthy of spending our money at their place of work. This is a very busy location, it is the last stop before you go over the Snoqualmie Pass. I live here and Taco Time is always a... great choice for fresh salads. However, lately quality control has been nonexistent. I?ve ordered the chop salad over the pastmonths, I?ve gotten the salad with only cabbage and an abundance of beans and very little chicken and lettuce - no corn salsa,salsa, or seeds. This week I got one that had only cabbage, no lettuce and no pumpkin seeds and yesterday my salad was onlycabbage, corn, very little chicken and salsa - no black beans, no lettuce, no seeds. It is very frustrating. A few month ago Iwrote a note to corporate and I was sent a coupon for a free entrée. I appreciate that yesterday?s salad was free, but wouldjust like to get fully made and fully delicious. Read more
I typically don't like taco but Taco Time changed my views. The food was tasty and of good quantity. I loved their taco, salad... and burrito. They have good Menu options. Staff was helpful and responsive. Food was prepared well on time. I would definitelyrecommend this place. Read more

I am a Huge Taco Time fan but I was so disappointed this time. I don't like having to use the kiosk to order. I'd rather speak... to a human. The idea that I can't use cash to buy food is also upsetting. As to the food - it was a small chicken soft taco butthe tortilla was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in, it was cold and instead of adding sour cream there was no sauce atall.
