Dined in about 2 weeks ago and I used to go to this location when I was younger and I was shocked at how nice it is now and how... many option of pop they had, I even had a nice quick talk with a worker cleaning the tables asking how the meal was, got betterservice than I have in some restaurants and the food was great Read more
Food is always hot and delicious. Correct portions to cost ratio. Wendy's has been my go to for quick, cost savings take-out or... delivery. Excellent. Still excellent. Read more
Disgusting food here.. I've tried several times, same order.. Bacon is always burnt to a crisp.. to the point of being black..... tastes like the bacon has been deep-fried as well. Better fast food around this town than Wendy's. The lakeshore location ismuch much better. The employees here don't care about the look or quality of what they serve you. Read more
I was absolutely stunned by the honesty of the lady that served me. After purchasing my meal she had noticed that I was charged... for something that I had not ordered, she had her supervisor check the bill and I was reimbursed. There still are honest peopleout there. Read more
The girl who took our order was amazing and very helpful. Upon entering the store we noticed their drink machines were leaking... extremely bad and there were puddles of water in front of them. There were two elderly ladies ordering in front of us. Once theywere done we procedded to order. I advised the girl of the water issue and that they should put wet floor signs up and mop itand she went to tell someone in the back. The man whom she advised of the situation came storming up to the front, interruptedus ordering and demanded the girl on cash put the signs out. He then went into the back again to do I don't know what. Wefinished ordering then waited for our food. The elderly ladies were trying to get their drinks but were concerned aboutslipping. I assisted them with getting their drinks. The whole time we were there no one mopped up the puddles. The actingmanager on duty stayed at the fry station the entire time and did nothing to ensure the safety of the customers even after Icalled him over and advised him of the situation. He approached me with his mask half on and I was curous why he was evenwearing it in the first place if he didn't care to wear it properly. Read more
I don?t know how to explain this but this Wendy?s (that I have stopped at every time I pass through North Bay), has consistently... had the best spicy chicken sandwich of any Wendy?s that I have eaten at. The bun looks perfect, the tomatoes have that fieldquality taste and the lettuce was green and crispy. Never miss a chance to stop here no matter what time of day! Read more
Food is hot, service is quick. Staff are friendly but not always good at getting your order correct.
