I only give a 4 because the line ups are long here, but they are top knotch of tummies, so thus the line up. They can have a... line three times longer then the on on castles st and still get through it all faster and correct orders. Read more
Haven't been close to decent in a long time. What kind of timmies closes at 11, and refuses to allow you to order any hot food... after 8 because that's when they clean the grill...and "usually are out of food by that time anyway." This is embarassing.Alsooooo, a 20 pack of timbits means 20. Not 17, 18, or 19. Even the "bakers dozen" tradition is 1 EXTRA!! I even laughed antold some friends about the last couple times getting screwed on the timbits. Kind of becoming a game now, I went in againtoday, laughed an asked the lady to please count the timbits, because I haven't been getting 20...got home, 19 lol Read more
Staff is friendly and seem well trained. Drive thru has not been busy at least the times I have been there so I have been in and... out quickly. Tho the layout for getting to and leaving the drive thru entrance does seem a little hazardous so be mindful whilenavigating the parking lot. Read more
Went through drive through on Lakeshore Drive just below overpass on your right hand side going towards Metro that being south... of Lakshore Drive. On a early Wednesday morning and ordered the new egg and Sausage Harvest product, plant based becuze l can'teat Pork! And got to window gave me what l thought was in the bag my sandwich. Got home and opened the bag and l was in shock.2 muffins instead. Ugh. Quickly called the Business and complained to the female manager sitting in her office as she told me.Busy place! Your just sitting in your office??? Anyway told her what happened and BTW no receipt was offered to me!! Read more
