This has got to be the absolute worst and most disappointing meal ever. They advertise a decent meal but definitely under... deliver. We asked them to add more topping but this is all they gave. Take a look at what their website shows the "sweet onionteriyaki chicken " bowl and I have included a picture of what I got. I?m appalled by the fact that after being asked 3 times what kind of bread I would like to still be given the wrong kind, asked... for extra lettuce twice but only got enough scraps to barley feed a mouse. If I could give no stars, I would. I don't know what happened to this location, but its become terrible. First of all, a flat... bread is not a wrap. If you can't understand the difference, please ask for proper training. Secondly, the attitude from thestaff here is insane. Please talk to your staff about the way they treat customers. Lastly, I don't think I would recommend thislocation to anyone in town ever again since the new staff/management has taken over because every single order I've had fromthis place has been messed up. Was the fastest and best subway in town but it appears it's under new management. Waited 30 minutes with only 4 people in front... of me. In that time, two other customers came in to pick up the orders they placed online. One wasn't completed and theycompletely lost the other customers online order. Hopefully this will get better with time and more time management training forthe employees. On the upside, they were generous with the veggies on my sub and didn't skim out like other locations. Not really happy. Got two subs and paid 25$ They were thin as all hell. I pretty much ate bread with a bit of sauce. Not happy... and will not be going back. Read more
