Came with my parents and my great-grandfather for lunch, and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Leanne, was friendly and... attentive, and made our dining experience exceptional! We were just driving through North Bay. When we got to the restaurant, it was extremely busy. We were told the wait was about 20... minutes. The place was very noisy. Got a table and our server Heidi was absolutely lovely. She made our evening. The soup (Italian wedding) and bread was delicious. Good and bad experience tonight. We came in Wednesday night around 9(not busy) got seated pretty fast and took our order and... food came within 20min. After that did not see the waitress again. Finished our food and wanted the bill, did not see her forover 30 minutes. I honestly thought she left for the night. I started holding my debit card in my hand to kinda make it obviousI was done in hoping another waitress would come and maybe tell her that her table is done, that didn't happen either. I alwayslike the food. I also like the size portions for the kids meals, they're actually very good. But I find the service is alwayssub par. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are new or maybe first day. Read more
The service was great the service was good. We got the salsa as starters they were good the cesser was better than the garden.... We ordered the double bacon carbonara (20$) and the chicken parmigiana (22$). Samantha was our server she was smiling the wholetime and very professional and respectful. Meh. Haven't been in 20 years or more and now I remember why. My daughter wanted to try it and I should have said no. A very... chain restaurant experience that delivers average food to quickly in an attempt to get you out of the restaurant so the nextpeople can have your table. Too much pasta with very little sauce, dry chicken parmigiana (their signature dish) and mydaughter, who loves class, couldn't eat any because they tasted funky. The staff was so nice and amazing and it was really cool to see how well they work together as a team! I had the lasagna which... was very delicious and filling! Nice and cheesy! Even though I was way too full my went for the Brownie and ice cream fordessert because my buddy was having one and I couldn't resist! Also very good! Food is mehh. Not much spices. Staff are pleasant but it's so loud in the they can't hear our orders. I had asked for shrimp... Alfredo n received chicken Alfredo and I didn't want to wait for another plate. The breads, baguettes are smaller and the knifethey give doesn't cut very well. At least the parking lot is big.
