Best sushi in North Bay! Staff are very kind and welcoming. All you can eat is pricey but comparable to all you can it in any... other city. The lunch special is perfect with 2 or 3 rolls for more affordable pricing. Order online and it?s ready in less than30 mins, or call and they usually have it ready in 20 for pick up. Read more
Amazing food. Writing a review because it was so good this time around even though I've eaten at the buffet and picked up during... covid days over the past couple years. The buffet has improved since covid restrictions have been lifted as it's consistentlybusier, which ensures everything is fresh. The chicken was so crispy/crunchy, and the sushi was amazing as usual. This is a cozy place with friendly staff. We were greeted with smiles and sat immediately. The food is incredibly fresh and... delicious. One thing that would improve the experience would be having the regular drinks on the menu. They've only got wineand beer, no mention of non alcoholic beverages. We were asked what we wanted to drink, and we had to ask for what wasavailable then we were only offered pop. Juice and tea weren't offered, but others had some on their tables. Then we werehanded a tablet (this is the menu) without any explanation of how to use it. Luckily it's easy to figure out, but an offer ofhow to order would improve the customer experience. Lastly, they kept forgetting items we'd ordered despite the items being ona list. The staff come by to pick up your plates but no one asks how you're enjoying the food or if you need anything, so we hadto keep flagging someone to ask for missing items. Excellent sushi! Tasty, fresh, great service. Great selection and liked the tablet to order. Very enjoyable. We had the AYCE... dinner, great value. Only negative was the lettuce in the seaweed salad so we ordered more. Will definitely be back! Read more

Negative: - The quality of the food wasn't the best I had, relatively to other sushi places.. but it was still good. I would... say mid-range. Positive: - I was really surprised by the size of each pieces, I could barely manage to eat them in onebite. - The prices were really good relatively to the amount of food you get. Low prices can also explain the mid-rangequality. - Customer service was good, place looked clean, quality packaging. Noteworthy: - Ratio of rice and otheringredients to proteins was pretty high. Might be good or bad depending on the person. - During this Covid-19 pendemic, thequality and freshness of the food has gone down in a lot of restaurants. It might be better usually. Honestly, I would rate it3.5 stars.. but since it's not an option, I believe 4 is more suitable than 3. Reasonable prices, quality was consistent withsaid prices, impressive quantity. Friendly, welcoming staff. An interesting mix of sushi and asian food, all very delicious. Will definitely return when next in... town. The only real choice for sushi etc in North Bay, esp if you don't want an argument with the staff. Wife really enjoyed thefood AND service. Read more
