If I could give them 0 stars I would they had nothing I wanted so I settled for chicken Alfredo paid and went and sat down then... was told oh the chicken is spoiled we are sorry. Worst customer service, manager did nothing to help. While I was waiting Iwatched one of the workers come out of the back, wave her hands under water then wipe them on her pants. So disappointing. Toadd to this we just opened the pizza boxes and all of our pizzas are undercooked. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. This is the 1st time in my life that I left NO tip! My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas, one was... wrong and after 20 min of waiting for the correct one my husband went up to the front desk area because our server never evencame back to the table, turns out the server didn't even tell the cook to make a new one (he's also forgot our dipping sauce anddrinks). Super unorganized and disappointed in Pizza Hut in which we usually go to in other towns and cities and never have anexperience like this. I also couldn't believe they allow peoples children run around the restaurant like it was a playground. Wewill not be back again. Read more
