Made an order online, and when it showed up (over an hour later) it was completely wrong. Asked for Pepsi, got Diet. Asked for... poutine, got small fries. Asked for plum dipping sauce for popcorn chicken, got no sauce! Asked for all white meat, got alldark! If I could give zero stars I would. Did not follow instructions at all. Read more

Omg u don't even get gravy with ur meal now. Have to order separate. Such a small portion with the fries. Not impressed.
Ordered curb side pick up, and we ended having to go in. We arrived at the time our pick up was scheduled for, and they hadn?t... even started our order. 25 minutes of standing and waiting after the pick up time. The lady forgot our beverages to boot. Everytime we go to this KFC in town, they consistently mess something up or take double the time to prepare the order. Usually it?sboth. I tried to order online, but their website never seems to work, and it?s not just me, hubby can?t use it or pay through iteither. This is the last time for us. Read more
This is a tough one for me to rate. I know the owner. This has always been the best KFC for quality I know of. Here's the... issue....I had Filipinos lock the door to purposely not let me in n serve me. The manager gave me a deal the next day. Shouldhave been free n it might have been. So, go during day when manager is in n beware any attitude from filipino workers. Or findanother. KFC or buy chicken somewhere else. Read more
Forgot a couple items. Don't seem to know how to properly enter coupons, or follow promotions. Complaining thru email doesn't... receive a response. Amount of fries you get in a big box meal is very sad looking. Friends sandwich had a tiny amount oflettuce. Read more
Was a hour and half to get our food, got a 12 piece and it was all legs accept 4 pieces. Not happy. Also fries were only half... full. Read more
