I have been to this Dunkin Donuts on multiple different occasions. I am a black man. And the notable difference in treatment I... received from the employee, Vincent, is unfathomable. He was clearly racist as he was nice to all of the other customers (white)before me. But when I got to the register, his whole demeanor changed, and he looked at me up and down with disgust. I have been to this establishment for years, hence at least they?ll get one star from me. Recently a new hire I have never... encountered before named Vincent has been extremely rude towards customers. He no longer creates the welcoming environmentdunkin stands for, in fact he laughs in the face of customers. He is absolutely disrespectful and does not handle the food orproducts with care. This is why I as well as family, peers, and other long-standing members of the community will no longer bevisiting this Dunkin until action or proper training in customer service is administered.
