Placed an order online and paid. Have receipt. Says they didn't get the order. called Owner, refused to fill the order and said... to contact the bank and stop payment. That costs $$ to do a stop payment. Will never use them again. Jimmy Johns is much better. Read more
Great employees, but when the system went down for over 40 minutes and the manager (who wasn't even IN the store) insisted on us... waiting to pay for our food, we just had to return the food and leave. I went today and the entire time I was ordering the employee was talking on the phone (a Bluetooth earphone) , she valued her... phone conversation more than our satisfaction and we had to repeat items we wanted on our sandwich multiple times. Then as wegot done ordering she looked at my service dog in a clearly marked vest and said next time I couldn?t bring the dog.
