Was at window getting a replacement of a large fry I had order when the team member handling my order rubbed her nose & didn't... go wash her hands .I then request a refund & told the manager I wanted a refund cause her team member rubbed her nose. This is twice this week I came to this Zaxby?s First I couldn?t order off App. Online was not allowed today. So I decided to... wait and go thru drive thru only to find they are taking 1 order at a. time. While the drive thru line just gets bigger. Then Inoticed only 1 order going was being taken at a time before taking next order. I was there 40 min total. Read more

There were barely any people in the drive thru line so I don?t understand why the food (fries especially) was ice cold.... Apparently we?ll have to check temperature of food before we leave. Read more

This location did a great job. Two stars due to tiny fingers. This is likely representation of all Zaxby's. Everyone is... performing "deflation" right now. Looking at the pics, it looks like they cut them in half. Last year, you got a nice finger.Now, we get nuggets. Read more
