Our chicken sandwiches tastes like straight fish today. Not sure if they're selling fish sandwiches now or if someone has been... allowed to come in after hours and fry fish but this DEFINITELY was cooked in the same oil fish was cooked in. Disgusting. Can't even get a simple order right. Order grill cheese, got chicken fingers. Order a chicken finger plate extra toast, no sauce... and no toast. An the worst part was yall weren't even busy. Just no paying attention and not caring. Read more

The floor was dirty, like French Fries stepped on, squished, and dragged across the floor by shoes, dirty. As far as service,... they took my order, if that counts for anything. As far as atmosphere, there was none. Read more

The staff at this Zaxby?s location are always very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are happy every time you come... in. They go out of their way to make sure your food is hot and cooked the way you want it. If you are a ?regular they will getto know you and eventually know your order and name. This is by far one of the best Zaxby?s locations I have ever visited. ShoutOut to the staff at the Edgefield Road Zaxby?s location for all you do. I always leave with a smile on my face. I needed a low carb meal and didn't want a salad. I was able to get a piece of grilled chicken by itself for $2.50! Wonferful!... The ladies working there were so helpful and friendly! I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to them like I have at otherplaces when I asked for something different than the norm. Great place to eat! Read more

Restaurant quality food quick, very quick. A lot of restaurants have went to drive - thru only model for covid or staffing... issues and in my experience quality stuffers. Not in this case. Food is always amazing and fresh. Try out all the differentsauces. Highly recommended. Read more
