Had the most pleasant phone greeting and customer service via phone with Oliver. He is so professional, well spoken, and... vibrant. It’s nice to be greeted like so. The food here is amazing. However, I can’t say the same about the service. I ordered just two wing combos and must have waited... at least 30 minutes for it to come out. But man, with how good these wings are, I wouldn’t mind waiting longer ???? Read more
I was highly disappointed with the quality of my food. I asked my wings be well done (fried hard) they were not. I got the combo... that came with fries, but ordered a side of veggies as well. I’m so glad that I did, because my fries were FREEZING cold,oilyand burn. When I came in to pick up my food, the front cashier was conveniently counting his drawer and discussing a $$ drop onhis phone, while many patrons waited to be served. Read more
Made me wait an hour on a online order after I got there gave me the wrong order then the guy Rick snatched the wrong order out... my hand and threw it in the trash. I connected Wingstop two ways through email and never got a message back months later. Read more
Just finished dealing with one of the most atrocious customer service groups I have ever seen. Placed an online order at 4:30... p.m to be picked up at 5:30. Arrived at 5:30, order was not even started. After receiving the late order and driving acrosstown home our order of cheese fries and our ranch was missing. Called the store to let them know the situation and the manager,who the employee named as "Rick" refused to come to the phone, and upon asking for a refund the cook on the phone told us tobring the food back. The food is good, but it is not worth the abhorrent way the store is ran, I have even seen employeessmoking in the back near the restroom during their shifts. This is the worse Wingstop I’ve ever been too. I placed my order online and after 25 mins my order was not done. After finally... locating my order in the system i was advised it was given to another person by accident. Instead of immediately remaking myorder they decided to make me wait another 35 mins. I am 5 months pregnant and my baby wasn’t in the mood thankfully chipotlewas open across the street. When i came back from ordering my chipotle. my wings were still not done. I eventually just askedfor a refund so i could go home. The shift lead refused to refund me my money after making me wait an hour for 20 wings theorder was eventually completed in the middle of me asking for a refund but by that time my baby and I were over it and I nolonger wanted the wingsThe shift lead was rude unprofessional and dismissive he was not the least bit understanding of mysituation or how I was expecting my order to be available for pick up within a reasonable time frame . Not only is the foodservice poor so is the customer service. Thankfully I was able to contact my bank to stop payment. Do not i repeat Do not go tothis location. Its worth the drive to Augusta if you are in the mood for wings. This wing stop establishment is disgustinglybelow average if i could give zero stars i would. Read more

I was quite disappointed with the 30 wings I ordered they were cooked too hard and the flavor was poor. The only thing tasted... like it was suppose to was the ranch dressing. I will not go there again. Read more
