This was my 2nd trip to this particular location. Usually, there is at least *one* positive occurrence to offset the negative... experience, but not in this case. 1st: The person working the drive thru repeated my order wrong three times, so I was notsurprised when I did not get exactly what I wanted. 2nd: The person at the drive thru window was half sitting on the counterthat had drink cups and lids. Her long braids brushing back and forth over the tops of the cups and lids. 3rd: I asked for areceipt and was told the machine did not print one, which is not the case. 4th: The Junior Cheeseburger was smaller than one youget in a kid's meal and was cool to the touch. 5th: The customer service was not great. It seems the employees have no interestin doing even a mediocre job at providing decent customer service. I will not return. I would like to submit these areas ofconcern to the store manager but am almost certain nothing will come of it. Plus, I didn't get a receipt to see whose name wouldbe listed as manager and/or how to provide feedback. Read more
I went during breakfast time on my way to work. I got the hot honey chicken biscuit with potato wedges. And a orange juice. The... chicken looked like it had been sitting under the light for a long time and then when I ate it, it made me gag. So I threw thewhole damn sandwich away. The juice was good. The potato wedges were good. And so was the service. Read more
Got a strawberry frosty. It seemed like any ole strawberry shake I've ever had... Like the ones McDonald's used to (maybe still?... Idk) sell back in the 80s. Place and staff were nice here though. Read more

36 minutes is not fast food. When we got there, two or three of the employees went out to sit in a friend?s car in front of the... restaurant. We should have left then, but we patiently waited instead. We ordered a #3 combo and a #10 combo. When my partnerordered the #3, he didn?t add that I wanted my nuggets to be spicy until the end. This frustrated the employee. She rudelyinstructed him to include that piece of information sooner although it is her job to ask and not assume those kinds of things.When we got up to the window, our total went up ten dollars. My partner didn?t notice in time. His card was already charged bythe time she handed us a third drink. We told her we only ordered two meals. She told us she charged us for three withoutoffering any alternative like a refund. Thankfully, my partner just agreed to take it. Even so, we had to wait five more minutesfor the nuggets. The gentleman who brought our order out was very nice. When we got home, we found a gnat in one of our drinks,which made me lose my appetite entirely. Wendy?s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and the North Augusta Wendy?s is great! I would just advise you to not go... after 10:30pm if you are in a hurry, as sometimes it can take a while to be served. But even when this happens, the staff arealways striving to please their customers and do their best!!! Read more

Everytime we get food here no matter how large the order is- is always bagged with everything we need. The food is always good,... hot, and fresh. We may have to wait on it, but I'd rather wait and have hot food than get it incredibly quickly and it be cold.The service is different each time, sometimes the cashier is in a good mood, sometimes a little frustrated. The only thing I hada problem with is the pothole in the drive thru. Be careful when pulling away from the window. I couldn't see it in the dark andthe hole needs to be fixed. Read more
