Pot Smoker is a small BBQ restaurant that is BIG on flavor! The ribs and pulled pork were AMAZING, especially with the mustard... sauce! One of the workers recommended the mac&cheese, and I am glad he did! The only thing I didn?t care for was the bakedpotato salad (think loaded baked potato, but cold). Their sweet tea was not too sweet, but very good! The girl who took ourorder was very friendly and even gave some suggestions since we hadn?t been there before. The building itself left a lot to bedesired. The decor was antique and rustic, but there were broken tables and lots of clutter. We were told that there is abuffet on the weekends, but during the week there isn?t. The price wasn?t too bad, around $40 for two people. I will definitelytry this place again. Read more
Amazing BBQ! We stopped in here on our way to Hilton Head from WNC on a Saturday afternoon and the place was practically empty.... I got the pulled pork sandwich with mac'n cheese & green beans (pictured) and my wife got the same with the loaded tater saladand collards. Absolutely amazing all around. This place is a gem! Horrible. Visiting from Chicago. Food is precooked at the counter sitting under a heat lamp. The food looked stale and flies... were visibly flying around and over the food. DISGUSTING!! Didn?t want to be rude -ordered anyways but definitely won?t everreturn. The restaurant close at 8 we arrived around 6:30 ?.sometimes knowing the time is helpful to some. Try at your own risk. June 25 2022 - I ordered a carryout full rake of ribs with two sides. The worker pulled the ribs and the sides off of the all... you can eat buffet. The sides were enough for about 2-3 bites. This was $26. Yes, ribs had been sitting there a while. I postedthis immediately on yelp, but noticed nobody uses yelp. So, I just now put it on here. Read more

Amazing hidden gym! Decided to make the drive from Augusta to try it out and I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious,... well made, served in good portions, and came out fast! Arrived at 1pm on a beautiful Saturday to an empty parking lot and 1 other party inside. Reviews were solid so I stuck it... out. Got the brisket and pulled pork combo, for $22 with drink. I?ll start with the good: Pork had good flavor despite being atad dry and giving visual impression it wasn?t freshly pulled. Sauces were pretty good; I liked the darker/spicier one the most.Staff was friendly. Brisket was TERRIBLE. Tough as leather, cut way too thick (especially if it?s tough!), and dry. You can seewhat I?m describing in the pictures. You shouldn?t have to provide a knife to cut brisket and this plastic one struggled. It wasdifficult to even pull it apart. It?s as if they either a) pulled it from the heat before reaching probe tender, or b) reheatedsome old brisket. It was like a bad cafeteria pot roast. I left half of the most expensive part of the plate behind. Beans wereok but I didn?t order them; the mac & cheese I did order came after the pic, about 3 minutes later with hot spots in it. Delicious. Absolutely delicious. I had ordered it solo earlier in the week and had to recommend again for my family on the... weekend. Each time I got the brisket and it was succulent. We also ordered the ribs and it was fall off the bone good. Theirsauces didn't come delivered in the second order but the are worth getting. Two of the best sauces of the local BBQ joints.
